Porter Group is operated by Possibility Investment Group, LLC (“Porter Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Real estate brokerage services are provided through THG Real Estate.

When you fill out a form on this website or on one of our community websites, respond to one of our ads, sign in at an open house or event, or contact us by phone, text, or email, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, the community or property you’re interested in, and anything you include in a message.
Text message consent records
When you opt in to receive text messages, we keep a record of your consent: the date and time, the wording you agreed to, and the web page or method you used to opt in.
Information collected automatically
When you visit this website, we and our analytics providers collect information such as your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location based on your IP address, the pages you visit, and the website that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in Cookies and analytics.

Depending on what you agree to, these may be transactional messages (replies to your inquiries, and showing and appointment confirmations and reminders) and, only if you separately agree, promotional and marketing messages (updates about our communities, new availability, events, and offers).
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use service providers to run this website and our business, for example website hosting, our customer relationship management and messaging platform, and website analytics. They handle information only to provide those services to us.
If you ask us to help with a real estate transaction, we share the information needed to complete it, at your direction. This may include sharing with THG Real Estate, our brokerage, and with title and escrow companies. We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Porter Group, our clients, or others.
None of these disclosures include your text messaging opt-in data or consent, as described in Section 3.
